Unfortunately, once a blanket is embroidered it cannot be resold to another customer. If you decide that you no longer want a personalized item, we can offer a 50% refund on the item to help us cover our costs on the merchandise and labor. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. We do not offer full refunds on personalized items that follow the directions outlined in your order. However if we have made an error in spelling or otherwise, then we will promptly replace the item with a corrected version upon notification. This does not apply to orders where customers have made misspellings, so please triple-check your personalization text before submitting your order.
