Many of the items on BabyBlankets.com can be personalized. This means that you can add text such as a name and birthday, and even clip art to many blankets and other baby gifts. If you see these options and prefer your item without personalization, just select "No Personalization" from the options and add the item to your cart. No clipart or text will be embroidered onto your piece. However if you do want text and/or clipart, then select the personalization option that best suits your needs. You can change font style and color, and pick different images from our selection.

Non-personalized items with no name or clip art will typically ship out within 1 business day. Personalized items typically ship out within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. Shipping starts around $5 for US orders, and we ship worldwide.

To return non-personalized items, just contact us for a RMA number. You will need to cover return shipping and we charge a modest 10% restocking fee on these items. Personalized items are not refundable, because we cannot sell them to other customers. So, please check your spelling before submitting your order to make sure everything is perfect. If we make a mistake with your order, just contact us and we will fix it.
